I need help with a blog . I want to start one for my cake business. I don't know what sites are the best to use and how to make it more custom looking. If anyone has some pointers that would be great.
P.S. I would also like to make my blog look better.

Well if you want it to look good and be custom then you really need to go with a professional one. It doesn't have to be way expensive. But unless you can do graphic design and web programming it will be hard by yourself to make it look really good. You need to get a .com also if you want to look professional. Businesses aren't taken as seriously unless they have a name like cakedecorating.com not cakedecorating.blogger.com Getting a .com name is actually the cheapest and easiest part, it can be done as low as $7 a year.
But if you just want to take it one step at a time, you could make a blogger cake decorating site first and then if business is good quickly upgrade to a pro site. Caroline can help you design the background if you need.
It sounds like your brother will be a big help! What a great idea to start a cake business! You'll do great!
So Ethan, I just saw your comment on my memories post. I would beg to differ on it. I don't think I could force you to do anything. You seemed quite willing to help in my opinion! Oh well, the dog is gone now anyhow.
