Summer Fun

Sorry it's been so long between post. We have been enjoying our summer so much I hardly have time to sit down. Zac keeps me on my toes with how much he likes to run around and get into things. It's just the age, right? Thank goodness it is summer because he can use up all his energy outside. Every morning when he gets up Zac has me put on his shoes and hat. Then he runs to the door and says "nannon out". Yes, he calls me by my first name. Well, I have a lot of pictures so here they are. ENJOY!

A couple of neighbors and I got blowup pools. We get them out at the same time and have one BIG pool party!!

This weekend Ethan's work had a party. It was at the West Jordan Park. It was so hot outside that Zac thought it was a good idea to play in the sprinklers. That park has the biggest play area I've ever seen. We are going back there soon!!

Almost every Sunday we go to Ethan's Parents house. As soon as we get there Zac has to run up and down the trail. I know I have said this before but there backyard is beautiful!!

We got a year pass to Thanksgiving Point!! It wasn't very much money and there is so much to do. I took Zac to the children's garden this morning. Zac loved running around the maze and the bear caves. But the coolest thing was the Noah's Ark Splash. I'm going back there often!!!

What do we like to do together? When we were young and had time .......... We liked to go for drives ( before gas was $4/gal), go 4 wheeling, see movies, go for walks, go on vacation, sleep, kiss... : ) , and eat out alot. Now, we play with Zac.

Who kissed who first? Ethan kissed me first! I was so shocked that I didn't kiss him back. We still joke about that.

Best features: His eyes are the most amazing that I've ever seen. I also love his smile.

Best qualities: Ethan is the most genuine and loyal person I know. He is a hard worker and the most amazing dad. I think he is sooooo funny ( he has a dry humor that some people don't get). He loves his family and is always watching out for them. He treats me like a queen. I am so lucky. I love you Eth.

Update

Zac's test was negative!!!!! I am so happy. After over a week he started to eat today. I looks like things are looking up. He's gotten VERY SKINNY so hopefully he will eat a ton the next couple of days. I know all the prayers helped out....... so THANKS SO MUCH !!!!!!

Are you at risk?

Yesterday, Zachary was tested for West Nile Virus. He's been sick for almost a week and he isn't getting better. It all started when Ethan and I saw two huge bites on Zac's leg. They looked like spider bites. Later that day he started to get a high fever...around 103. The next day the fever still hadn't gone down so I took him to the doctor. The doctor said the the bites are mosquito bites and he is just sick (not from the bites). Days later he is still getting worse and at this point he wont eat or drink ANYTHING. He had been throwing up so the doctor wanted to see him again to make sure he wasn't dehydrated. We started taking about his symptoms and he said Zac should be tested for West Nile! They had to take blood from his arm. He did so great threw it all. We will not know till Monday if he has it. Today he is so weak that he wont even walk. He is drinking a little. Anyways, the point of this post is to ask everyone to please pray for Zac. Thanks.

Brigon & Stephanie

On Friday June 6, Brigon ( Ethan's brother) and Stephanie got married! It was the wedding of the year. The ceremony was beautiful and the reception amazing! The reception was held in Ethan's parents backyard. Here are some picture of the day.
