I fell off the bus this weekend. But it is time to get back on. I had my workout. I'm writing in my "journal". I had my veggies for breakfast. I'm ready for the day. I realized two things this weekend; 1) I can't stay away from sugar. I have cut back but I can't kick it. 2) I will being staying gluten free for the rest of my life. I didn't eat wheat for almost two weeks and felt GREAT! I haven't felt that good in years. This weekend I had wheat and now I'm back to my stomach hurting.
I also have some good news. I have some other ideas for journaling so I don't have to blog everyday.
